Elmera Group - Smart management services for the entire group
Elmera Group wanted to elevate its smart management services from a single-brand solution to a scalable platform that could be used across the entire group. The goal was to build a robust architecture that would enable it to offer advanced energy services to a much larger customer base.
Challenge
The existing solution was designed for a limited scope and lacked the foundation to scale to multiple brands and markets. At the same time, the platform needed to handle increasingly advanced power optimization, smart devices, and participation in reserve markets, without compromising stability or customer experience.
Solving
Together with Elmera, we documented the entire system from scratch, established automated integration tests, and further developed the platform into an enterprise solution. We built support for spot price optimization, power management, and fleet management of smart devices, while integrating the solution into the corporate architecture with common APIs, access control, and data platform.
Value
The result is a scalable and reusable platform that can be deployed across Elmera's brands. The solution makes it possible to optimize energy consumption for customers, offer reserve capacity from connected units and lay a solid technological foundation for further development of the group's smart energy services.
